Biography
Maria Sundell is a neurologist with clinical training at Karolinska University Hospital, Sweden, subspecialised in cognitive medicine. She holds the FEBN (Fellow of the European Board of Neurology) and has an independent scientific consulting practice focused on the neuroscience of neurodegeneration, cognitive endpoints and clinical trial methodology.
Maria has worked as a research physician in Professor Miia Kivipelto's group at Karolinska Institutet, contributing to clinical trials and serving as medical advisor with expertise in the FINGER framework and multidomain dementia prevention. Alongside her scientific work she offers speaking engagements and workshops on neuroscience applied to professional development where she translates complex brain science for corporate and professional audiences.
